Architect Serter Karataban and Teamfores Architecture's book "Workplace Design" was published by YEM Publications. Offering a comprehensive review of the designs of today's workplaces, this book discusses the basic elements of design, the transformations of workplaces, the changing dynamics of business life and the expectations of employees.

Architect Serter Karataban's new book titled "Workplace Design" includes topics such as productivity, the attractiveness of the workplace for employees, the transition from capitalism to dataism, flexibility versus normativity, energy sustainability, the role of color and artworks, and leadership. Material choices, employee well-being and emotional support requirements are also among the important themes discussed in Karataban's book.

Serter Karataban, the founder of Teamfores Architecture office, wrote this book with the desire to create a resource on how workplaces are evolving in Turkiye and the world. The book, prepared by including the works of the Teamfores Architecture team between 2013 and 2023, has a universal nature beyond social and cultural borders. The book, which aims to offer original ideas on "new generation workplace design" to all designers, especially architects and interior designers, was prepared in English and Turkish. The graphics were designed by Yumna Sarıkaya under the consultancy of Prof. Dr. Aysegul Izer, English texts were prepared by Ferda Kutukcuoglu.
