VITRA TILES APPOINTS HIGH-LEVEL DIRECTOR

• Cihan Akkaya has been appointed Finance Director at VitrA Tiles, Turkiye's leading export tile manufacturer. With over 20 years of experience and holding high-level positions in various sectors, Cihan Akkaya will lead the financial processes of VitrA, Villeroy & Boch, and engers tile brands.

Cihan Akkaya began his career in 2003 in the audit department of PwC. From 2008 to 2012, he served as Budget and Reporting Manager at Standard Profil A.Ş. In 2015, he worked as Investments and Financial Reporting Manager at Toksöz Group. From 2016, he held the positions of Finance Director and Group Finance Director at Standard Profil A.Ş. In 2022, he served as CFO and Board Member at Oba Makarna, and from 2023 onwards, he was CFO at Flormar.

Akkaya completed his undergraduate studies with honors in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2003 and his graduate studies at Oxford University in 2014. 

Joining the company on April 27, 2026, Cihan Akkaya will play a significant role in VitrA Tile's long-term success and growth objectives.
