Joining to the Eczacibasi Community in 2008, Asli Suel is appointed to the Human Resources Directorship of Eczacibasi Building Materials in May. Suel is directing the HR procedures of a team of 5 thousand people at home and abroad.
Asli Suel is appointed to the Human Resources Directorship of Eczacibasi Building Materials which becomes the first and the biggest ceramic sanitaryware manufacturer and exporter of Turkey with the VitrA brand. Formerly serving as the Human Resources Director in Eczacibasi Pharmaceuticals Marketing, Asli Suel has begun her new assignment on 1st May 2022 where she will be directing the HR procedures of a team of nearly 5 thousand people at home and abroad.
Born in 1976, Asli Suel has finished her undergraduate in 1997 in Brighton University Mathematic Department and postgraduate in 2001 in Dokuz Eylul University Business Management Department.
Beginning her career in 1997 as an auditor in National Britannia, Suel has worked first in sales and marketing and then in human resources departments of Sony Eurasia between 1998-2005. She has assigned as the Recruitment, Education and Development Manager in Japan Tobacco International between 2005-2008. Joining the Eczacibasi Community in 2008, Suel has assigned as the HR Manager and HR Director respectively in Eczacibasi Pharmaceuticals Marketing. And between 2017-2019 she has become the Human Resources Director of the Eczacibasi Healthcare Group.
