Science and technology webinars transferred to online environment by the Turkish Ceramics Society because of the pandemic, is continuing with one spokesperson every month. The science wing of the association has first organized an online training on “Use of Thermal Analysis in Ceramic Characterization” and the training was given by Prof. Dr. Huseyin Ozkan Toplan from Sakarya University. TSD Board of Directors member Prof. Dr. Sedat Alkoy from Gebze Technical University Materials Science and Engineering, made a presentation in April titled “Synthesis of Ceramic Powders with Chemical Methods.” Continuing with a different spokesperson every month, TSA’s webinars are drawing a great interest by the professionals of this field and students.
