Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village located in Bodrum didn’t forget the World Art Day celebrated every 15th April and hosted a special exhibition. Works of 30 artists are displayed in the exhibition maintaining its’ activity despite the pandemic.
Founded on a 40 decares area in Bodrum Yakakoy, Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village with its’ three indoor galleries and two outdoor exhibition spaces, is continuing to host exhibitions involving many arts and artist works like paint, sculpture, ceramic, glass, photography, paper marbling, caricature, exlibris, graphic, miniature. Opening the doors of its’ gallery once again this year in keeping with the rules of the pandemic, Dibeklihan is planning to bring into life nearly fifty exhibitions until November according to the 2021 Yildiz Kenter Art Season Calendar.
One of the first two exhibitions in the calendar was the Mixed Exhibition Special For 15th April World Art Day. Works of 30 artists have taken their places in this exhibition from art branches such as paint, sculpture, ceramic, photography, calligraphy, original print. The exhibition was held in I. Hakki Tonguc Art Gallery of Dibeklihan and apart from the academicians of Mugla Sitki Kocman University Fine Arts Faculty, artists with their works from other cities were; Almila Yildirim, Ayse Kursuncu, Begum Topuz In, Burcu Karabey, Kenan Temizel, Canan Zongur, Deniz Cemal Kosar, Dervis Ergun, Didar Ezgi Ozdag, Elif Kose, Erhun Sengul, Esra Saglik, Esra Tuncali, Funda Altin, Gokcen Ergur, Hasan Baskirkan, Ilker Yardimci, Lale Dilbas, M. Gokcen Kilinc, Mehmet Cihan Gezen, Musa Koksal, Mujde Gokbel, Neda Ismail Atar, Nilay Ozsavas Ulucay, Ozum Kosar, Selvihan Kilic Ates, Sevdiye Kadioglu, Sevgi Avci, Sevgi Narman Cal, Seyhan Yilmaz.
