EGE SERAMIK IS PLAYING FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP

The new investment openings of Ibrahim Polat Holding companies Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye were held in Izmir Kemalpasa factories last December. Holding Chairman Adnan Polat addressed Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye dealers and employees and said; "Our goal as a team is to win this match and become champions, we have no other alternative.”

Within the scope of the investment incentive certificate, Ege Seramik updated 4 production lines with the latest technology with a total budget of 17 million Euros. In addition, investments were made in the new facility to ensure production at sustainability standards that meet sustainable living, carbon and water footprint requirements. With this investment, the production of the product portfolio developed with "Premium Surface" technology has started. On the other hand, within the scope of the strategic growth decisions taken, Ege Vitrifiye will increase its capacity by 17.5% with Robotic Ring Bonded High Pressure WC Counters and High Pressure Vertical Sink Counters, with a total investment of 3 million Euros, in addition to its existing capacity. Also, the ongoing factory modernization efforts aim to reduce energy consumption by bringing it to international norms.

The ceremony held at the opening of new investments was held with dealers from all regions of Turkiye and business partners working together in the investment. Ibrahim Polat Holding Chairman of the Board of Directors Adnan Polat, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Songul Sel, Deputy Chairman of Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye, Murat Polat, and Board Member Ceylan Sel Sohtorik were present at the opening.

Championship is the only option

Adnan Polat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İbrahim Polat Holding, addressed Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye dealers and employees in his opening speeches and said:

I want both Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye to operate at full capacity, I want us to reach the break-even point in this investment transition period, I want both our dealers, suppliers and employees to win. In these economic conditions, it is okay if we do not make a profit for a year or two, let's not make a loss, this is enough for us. We want to immediately move on to the second investment in Ege Seramik. We will make new products with new technologies that will be accepted in the world markets. That's why I want your support. Our goal, friends, is to win this match as a team and become champions. We will trust each other and fight. In good times, everyone is already doing a job. If we have the mind, courage, heart and talent, our goal is to win the match in difficult times. We have no other alternative, we will win.”

Speaking at the opening, Murat Polat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye, invited his older brother Adnan Polat and his sister Songul Sel to the stage and emphasized the Ege Family: "The unity and solidarity of the Polat Family is hand in hand with all its employees and business partners.
