In the 6th of the A.C.E. Awards organized by Turkey's first and only platform measuring customer satisfaction, Kale Customer Services took the first place in 'Ceramics-Sanitary Ware' category and won the 'Diamond Award'.

The Customer Experience Index is prepared based on the companies' complaint data, market shares and 1 million and 200 thousand surveys made yearly by Sikayetvar. Meeting 140 thousand brands, 7 million individual members and 18 million monthly visitors, Sikayetvar is rewarding the brands that manage the customer experience at best in the A.C.E. Awards and this time 91 brands from 48 sectors are awarded. Offering effective solutions to consumer expectations also in after-sales services with precise and meticulous work, Kale Customer Services took the first place in Ceramics-Sanitary Ware category and won the ultimate award the Diamond Award.
