BODUR'S PERSPECTIVE AT THE FAMILY BUSINESS SUMMIT

• The 13th National Family Business Summit, organized by the Turkish Association of Family Businesses (TAIDER), was held under the theme "Strategic Evolution from Tradition to the Future." The 13th National Family Business Summit, organized by TAIDER, an organization founded with the mission of leading the generational continuity of family businesses in our country with the motto "Unity in the family, sustainability in the business," was held on December 5-6, 2025 at Grand Tarabya and The Seed Istanbul.

The summit, themed "Strategic Evolution from Tradition to the Future," focused on the strategic transformation journey of family businesses, shaped by their deeply rooted values ​​and adapting to a changing world. Experts from various sectors and representatives of family businesses came together at the summit to discuss ways to achieve strategic renewal while preserving traditional values, the impact of remaining authentic on competitiveness, and how to prepare for an uncertain future.

Zeynep Bodur Okyay, Chair and CEO of Kale Group, was also among the speakers at the 13th National Family Business Summit and shared an inspiring perspective on the future of family businesses. Emphasizing how resilience, strengthened by family values, creates sustainable transformation when combined with the curiosity of next-generation leaders, Okyay highlighted the importance of a collaborative culture, digitalization, and an approach that prioritizes social impact.

Zeynep Bodur Okyay also represented Türkiye as a speaker at the 28th Congress of the Spanish Institute of Family Businesses, held in Burgos, Spain last year.
